N64 roms?
Does anyone know a reliable place to obtain these gems of my childhood, or by chance does anyone here have some to share? I don't want a virus. They are mean.

For any specific game you can just use 4chan's rapidshare board. Be sure to configure your emu properly, and don't even think about trying it if you don't have a USB controller - keyboard's a nightmare for most games. I do fully emulated 4-player Mariokart sessions almost every weekend, runs smooth as hell. If there's a certain game you can't find, PM me, I might have it.

Sweet. I wanted to play goldeneye again. I own a 64 but the tv is in the other room and i used to have a bunch of 64 roms and i remember perfect dark running perfect at like 60fps, I'll check out the 4chan board.

Getting perfect dark and goldeneye to be enjoyable can be a bit tricky, they run fine but the sensitivity of the analog stick (or whatever you're using) might have to be toyed with. I spent a little while whirling around rooms wildly while 7-polygon soviets shot me to death.

Yeah, I found the control issue was what ruined my N64 emulation experiment. Golden Eye, and some other games would have been aces with a mouse/keyboard set-up.
