A bully is someone who possesses supernatural powers. They may support an opera-state and subscribe to phantomist political views. A bully will jump out of nowhere and smash you into the wall. A bully may also have bolts in his neck and throw your daughter into a river. Not uncommonly, bullies may also be drug users or violent gamblers. Be advised that telling a bully your name may condemn you to supernatural slavery, powerless under the will of a fiendish and brutal master. If you encounter a bully, inform a police officer immediately. Your safety and the safety of your community may be at risk.

I got attacked by a bully again today. It wasn't the Phantom of the Opera. I didn't recognize him from any of my Famous Monsters of Filmland textbooks from college.
He pretended to be lost and asked for directions. Then he thanked me and asked me what my name was. I almost told him before I realized it was a bully. I got very worried and wouldn't say anything to him. He smashed me into a wall, and I nearly broke my iPod Nano Classic. Thank Odin I was listening to some norsecore/war metal at the time, I'm sure that I was blessed in that moment my Mjolnir's magic.

Before contacting the authorities about these malingerers do make sure to note if they are of the astral of corporeal sort. It makes their identification much easier. Lately there have been reports of angels indulging in bullying but that would be quite scandalous. I believe it though. They have a haughty tone those angels. I once saw an angel laugh at a homeless man dying.
