I drove half an hour to the edge of suburbia so I could inspect a house at 9:30 on a Sunday morning, because the borrower/homeowner just couldn't talk a little time off work so I could inspect during the week. Got there and nobody answered the door or the two phone numbers I was given to contact the guy in the first place. Now I'm really gonna enjoy the rest of this sunny Sunday.

Yup! Been working for Cingular/AT&T for the past 6 1/2 years and I remember the Cingular days when all the reps had to do was transfer everything to a diffrent department. Not sure why you quit the job was cake back then!

it was about 1 hour, 45 minutes-2 hours each way on the bus. There was never anyone around to answer my questions, and I was either in a cyclic relationship that was making me want to kill myself, or just recently out of/about to reenter it. Working a job where I was being yelled at by people for minimum wage didn't sound very appealing. Some people choose call centers, others find the nearest plastic bag to put over his/her head...
