First, I believe it depends on the age of the guy and who he is saying it to. However, I believe saying mommy milkers scream that the person is sexualizing the woman. Because he's actively calling her chest Mommy milkers and that may make the woman he's talking to uncomfortable.

Second, because Mommy milkers doesn't actually scream that you're immature. It's a term that's used for any woman who has large breasts and it doesn't always refer to an older woman.

Third, for example, a girl who's 16 to 18 who has either DD or DDD her chest could be considered Mommy milkers. However, because she's 16 or 17 that would be highly inappropriate depending on how old you are. It doesn't have to be a girl that young but it's a term used for any woman who's chest is that big. I'm not saying a 16 or 17 year old would be considered a woman at all. I'm just saying woman because it shows respect lmao.
