They should have been on a gymnastics Olympic team, not in pro-wrestling.

I love Punk and I honestly think getting injured so early in his WWE return run has made it more enjoyable. I don't need to see him in random RAW matches every week, but just showing up once a month to fucking ruin Drew McIntyre's life has been so entertaining.

It’s your opinion, dude-man. Feel how you like. Personally, I have a man crush on his promo skills and Cornette style work ethic. Punk to me is one of the greatest post-WCW era dudes of all time.

I guess I would just rather see him as a manager or something. When drew grabbed ahold of him he looked like a child about to get his ass kicked.

I haven’t seen it yet. But Punk is puny compared to Drew, but so is a lot of dudes. Punk is very smart, he’ll know how to do a good David vs Goliath match. If he doesn’t then perhaps commentator is best for him as he is better than the two Smackdown announcers.

Yeah some of Punk's best WWE matches were against Undertaker and Brock Lesnar so I'm not worried about him having a good showing against Drew.

AEW Dynamite this week did 502,000 viewers. That is fucking abysmal.

Eh, I’m never going to judge a show by ratings. Shit like 90 Fiancé or Real House Wife’s of Cuntville get high ratings while shows like Hannibal get cancelled . I will judge things like people getting set on fire with flame throwers and still winning a match as abysmal.

Been catching up on WWE and this Castle show is entertaining as fuck thus far. I’d eat out Chelsea Green’s haggis.

I normally don't care about ratings but the downward trend in AEW has been exponential lately. They went under 700,000 recently for the first time, that was seen as a one off, then 2 weeks later they're almost sub-500k. That's really, really bad.

I loved Clash at the Castle. Cody vs. AJ was great and Drew vs. Priest over-delivered. Really enjoyed Bayley vs. Piper Niven too. Sami vs. Gable was unsurprisingly great.

What are these jokers called, the Wyatt 6? I don’t know, visually it’s the best horror stuff pro-wrestling has ever done, but the actual aesthetic is more Marylin Manson meets White Zombie, than Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Cant fault that since Bray and Bo probably grew up watching those videos. But, yeah, I fear the return of Undertaker silliness (not the return of the Undertaker, just his hocus Pocus nonsense). I can enjoy WWE’s present drama like Liv/Dom and Alpha Academy because it’s stilll based in reality. It’s a gamble for sure.

Sports Entertainment and Pro-Wrestling are different sub genres in the same main category with Roller Derby and Monster Trucks (yes, it’s predetermined, Bigfoot was their Hulk Hogan). I can enjoy both, although please point me in the direction of pro-wrestling in 2024, I think New Japan was the last frontier before the Bullet Club.

…. maybe NWA Powerrr, but I haven’t seen it since Cornette was fired (fucking, morons). I have to ask this, what’s worse a character snorting some blow on a pay per view 5 people bought or HHH fucking a corpse on live network cable?

I think pro wrestling exists in various matches across all promotions.

Or it's all hiding in Piper Niven's butt steaks.

I kind of like that he slimmed down and looks like an absolute killer now. That top rope dive onto Cody on the table was insane, I didn't realize he could fly like that. He's gonna be a lot of fun to watch, and wait until he grabs a microphone, he is MONEY.

Larry, CM Punk’s dog gets louder chants than any one on AEW, and the dog wasn’t even on the show.

Does this mean I watched AEW? Well, I tried. MJF vs Rush. Why is this Mexicant getting this much offense? So stupid. Speaking of MJF, I don’t like this “I’m a cool heel, so I’m not a heel, but act like a heel” shit is annoying. He annoys me now.

MJF's character used to be "Rich kid asshole who thinks he's better than everyone else" and ever since he won the title and became a babyface by default when teaming with Adam Cole, he's become a fucking goof. And since returning from injury, he's been insufferable. Get it?! He wore a denim vest over a leather jacked in his return promo, just like HHH in 2002! Isn't that... interesting? No, not really? But it's a reference! To WWE! The company that is kicking our ass right now! Isn't that cool? No, not really? Is anything we do working currently? Uh, we have good matches in the ring sometimes, in front of increasingly dwindling audiences, because we're WHERE THE BEST WRESTLE!

Oh boy. The Bo Dallas “interview” was well acted and all but am I to believe they were able to film inside his head, they magically split, or is this some Fight Club shit and he isn’t aware he edited himself with himself? Going back to Texas Chainsaw or House of a 1000 Corpses, it’s not supernatural and it could work with wrestling. Supernatural shit has got to go.

I don't know, I think he just edited it as a way to explain how he's that character and how it's not exploiting his brother's death. I enjoyed it. Undertaker worked. Spooky shit can work.
