When your neighbors (or anyone) uses a blower to blow leaves, grass, or any other misc yard debris into the street thinking that it’s going to magically disappear. My current house and the last place I lived are both positioned on the street where there’s a storm drain and while it’s unwritten law, the expectation is that you keep it unblocked/unclogged/clean if you live there. Even more irrational is that I have been tempted to walk down the street with my blower (just upgraded to the EGO 765 CFM ) and blow everything back into their yard.
