Rumor is, he had to give a DNA sample to the Niagara County Police, and he's facing a felony charge and will most likely spend time in prison.

He's having a panic attack on facebook right now (someone sent me screen grabs) and he posted this video an hour ago. Not sure if it's related but he has a spazz attack in the first ten seconds..

I definitely saw that back then, but it has been completely blocked from my memory until now. Did they cut the song back themselves or was it just edited for the broadcast?

At first, it looked like Nick was wearing an old-school type Dale Crover speedo, but at the end, he stood up a bit and it looks more like a loincloth. Marty flubbed a bit on the second solo but the rest sounded awesome and Dave even sounded decent singing
