So they're never going to show an actual disappearance, lame. I guess it's better than some stupid special effects?
The horror/suspense overtone is confusing/blueballing at times, like they just can't fully commit and put the pedal to the metal. It is a good caution to have though, considering how Lost turned out. I guess I can't rate it lower than 6/10 if I'm still watching it. Show still takes itself too seriously, but it does have that HBO oddball factor going on, which can be a good thing sometimes, enough to keep me watching it anyway.
