while I've got nothing but thumbs up for the previous reviews in this thread, I would say that looks like a perfectly adequate, functional staircase. Congratulations on solving your "walking up a dirt hill" problem

Rails = -17/10
Also if that wood is pressure treated (which it should be if its for an exterior structure) you should seal the posts you cut or moisture will wick in and ruin it.

Why does all the wood look weathered, except at the miters? Did you use old shitty wood, or did you just miter the ends of the handrails on an existing set of stairs, then try to pass the whole project off as your own?

Put in a screen style door for the basement today... It's not a normal door or a sliding door, it rolls out from the one end... So the screen isin't super tight butt almost see through when closed...
