Ha, it's not exactly a scam, but I see a lot of weird spam like that right now at work.

This one came with blurry phone photos that creeped me the fuck out:

I have something under my skin that produces pimple like bumps and expell tiny black eggs that once on my skin produce another. I have hundreds of pictures and videos of this creature moving. Not just on my skin but the one video will shock (I hope)and interest you to communicate with me further. Please have a curious scientific mind and I'll send you my videos they were taken on my Android phone and im a phone and computer dumby but these videos are clear enough to see something that I can not find in any archive even bogarts parasitic and infectious disease museum archive. The picture of one (it's actually 2 twisted together) was pulled from my arm. The one picture is a complete thing that's the reproductive organ that produces the tiny black eggs. The one on my finger nail is one that was crushed coming out both show the tiny eggs.

I didn't save the photos - you couldn't really see anything in them anyway.
