Plenty of states implemented age limits for judges; it would take a constitutional amendment to impart limits on any congressional terms but since there's already a minimum age, a maximum age shouldn't be any more or less unreasonable (but of course, it's all calvinball, nobody cares about standards or consistency if there's power to be had)
