I looked at the most recent polls in states I had previously written off and... damn the path got a lot broader for the Dems since President Grandpa got taken to a big farm upstate where he can shuffle around aimlessly with other ancient mummies. For now, Arizona and Nevada are squarely in play; Georgia and North Carolina are back within the margin of error. That's a massive swing from just last month.

THE STUPID OUTCOME: if all of AZ/GA/MI/NC/NV/PA/WI are in play, there are effectively 64 possible unique outcomes about evenly split between D and R victories, but there are 3 permutations resulting in a 269-269 tie. In a tie, it gets dumped into the House, each state delegation gets one vote—and Trump wins.
