Can/should we undo the "faggot" word filter?

I've argued in favor of word filters in the past, because I'm zany and I think they're zany too.

I just miss the word faggot a lot and I'd like to see people free to play around with it, somewhere in the world, even if it's just here. ESPECIALLY if it's just here - I feel as though this was a special home for homophobic slurs.

I was going to earnesty suggest that you just disable them in your profile, but my profile has censoring "off" yet I don't see fagg0t, it gets filtered
