Snyder is way too much of a dum-dum to orchestrate (or, you know, direct, nyuk nyuk) anything and yeah, this is just another case of a bunch of sperglords developing a weird obsession with some perceived injustice and ten times as many people following them with varying degrees of sincerity.

The positive reception of Black Adam among the edgelords and Snyderspergs is so, so funny. This is a movie where a strong female character is constantly ranting against American interventionism, and where two DC characters, one of them Hawkman, have been race-swapped. But because it vaguely imitates Snyder's aesthetics and it has been reasonably successful despite getting negative reviews, they've all latched on to Dwayne Johnson (who is also not white) as some sort of crusader against woke Hollywood. They don't even pick up on the exact political messaging they usually despise because the movie triggered their underdog tribalism instinct and nothing else matters anymore.
