The Doom Generation had Perry Farrell as a gas station clerk and Nivek Ogre was a biker who attacks the main characters with a chain. I think some of the neo nazi rapist at the end were members of Throbbing Gristle.

Lots of band shirts in true detective season 1. Melvin’s song in the background. One of the two guys Marty beats the shit out of for fucking his daughter is wearing a Far Beyond Driven shirt. I forget what the other guy had on, maybe NIN or Marilyn Manson.

Also not sure if it would be considered punk or not but I just recently realized the little kid vampire in Near Dark is wearing a William S Burroughs shirt.

There's an episode of fresh prince where most of the background actors are punks for whatever reason (its never mentioned and not related to the plot at all) but they're like fake punks with no actual band shirts or patches or anything. It's still kind of funny to see will and carltons work, the peacock, full of punks

This is good to know because I was thinking about getting those dvds soon. I don't remember this episode off the top of my head but I did watch the fuck out of it when it was on tv. I'm ripping my Degrassi High DVDs right now, I know there's a kid in an Iron Maiden shirt on that series, but I wonder if there's more.

ha nice, I haven't seen this show but I have it on bluray, so I'll add it to my que. I want to watch that once I just realized that Alexandra Daddario gets naked in it.

I was trying to find a pic of the two guys in jail as I couldn’t remember the shirt the other guy was wearing and found this pic spliced together from this show called “Workaholics” Some clown with a shitty drawing of dimebag being worshiped by women.

I completely forgot in true detective season 3 one of the teens has a Black Sabbath shirt and one of the cops doesn’t know what it is. Has a very west Memphis three vibe.

Workaholics is a great show, I could watch it over and over again. Its like fratboy It's Always Sunny.

I found a picture of Dimebag in the kids movie Hotel for Dogs for some reason. I love how random that was.

Is that the one where they talk about how the guy made stew out the guys brain after he killed himself just like with what happened with Dead after he killed himself?

That show Elemental has Artificial Brain being played and they mention Goat Whore

Episode of G.I.Joe were Cobra creates a kind of hair metal/punk band in an attempt to use their hit song to hypnotize people or some such villainy.
