When I tell people I don’t eat cheese and give the half assed reason that I don’t trust a fat that is solid at room temperature, most people usually respond what about coconut oil?

I feel ya. The rare times I get really drunk, I get incredibly depressed for a week. It almost feels like coming down from an MDMA high (which was one of the worse drug-induced experiences of my life. I don't understand at all young people chugging "molly" at every opportunity they get), just not as bad.

Hey man I'm not your mum, so go ahead and get smashed as often as you like. However, I think your health would benefit if you just drink not as much on a single evening, so maybe you wouldn't have to throw up the next morning...

It makes a pretty good sex loob, and it's not too greasy. I have no advice on what to say if a kid stumbles across a big jar of it under your bed though. I just ignored mine.
Surprised no one has brought up moisturizing or spf yet. We're all old men here. I've used Aveeno Daily Moisturizing +SPF for years. The sun protection is decent, but the lotion itself is the best.
