Not sure how far in the depths this would be considered. This guy claims to have a PhD and does seem to have some level of technical knowledge. He becomes more unhinged the longer he talks. Basically calls Einstein a fraud and believes in the validity of the concept of aether. He describes it as a "dynamic medium" as opposed to the "static medium" of space time and that is why we haven't been able to come up with equations that explain grand unification theory because all of modern physics is wrong.

He goes more off the deep end describing sub atomic particles (not quarks ) that he calls "pre-tons" orbiting through the "dynamic medium" and actually consuming it (what is this medium made of?) and it produces orders of magnitude of power beyond nuclear fission that will someday allow us to go 500 times the speed of light and be able to escape the finite earth.
