Fact #7
From an empirical viewpoint, the problem with Free Will (and causality) is reconciling determinism and freedom to make sense of morality.

Just preordered this bad boy, listening to the free track on bandcamp... pumped.
Last record was alright, but kinda went in directions that didn't move me too much... by far my favorite current-year band, this new track sounds legit.

Re: The "Song of the Day" thread
I preordered the Stingray version, and I'm also pretty pumped. I got a chance to talk to Steve Moore a few times when he'd come to town for film fest related things. Apparently, the last Zombi album was more guitar heavy in a way that was inspired by his recent work on the Bliss and VFW soundtracks. Very 80s horror theme-ish, kinda minimal.Eight Bit Alien wrote: ↑Mon Mar 29, 2021 11:52 am Just preordered this bad boy, listening to the free track on bandcamp... pumped.

I also have this thing on the way (below) - it should be arriving any day and I'm very psyched for it since it's in the vein of old KPM style synth heavy library music of the 70's. He also put out a pretty great Halloween record called "The Haunted Library" for Amazon a couple years ago (Hospital Records also had one as well) which also had a library music vibe.

Re: The "Song of the Day" thread
I'm a huge huge fan of Steve, and it's almost impossible to keep clued-in to all the releases he does! I have everything I can find digitally, and even those are hard to sniff out sometimes. I know there are releases from both him and Paterra I've never heard. I should probably finally get on the discogs train... it's just hard for me to spend 40 bucks for a used physical release, ya know.
I'm really gonna have to try harder to catch either of them live... never have. Not a huge live music guy, but it's been a goal of mine for a while to see all that shit go down in-person. Had a chance to see 'em with Goblin and I botched it... weept
Anyway thanks for the heads-up on those releases!
