I like seeing the cartoon for her birthday complete with the jumble...it really turned out nicely! It sounds like you made her birthday really special, so I am happy to be a part of that. Glad she liked it!

this one was part of a puzzle-hunt thing I made for my girlfriend's birthday. she and I kinda got together via doing the Jumble (see my last post here!) so I wanted to make her a custom jumble. the answer is a punny name of an ice cream she likes (the next clue in her hunt was attached to a pint of this stuff in the freezer) that I repurposed for the cartoon. I'll post the answer below for everyone except jumble-king justin... ANYWAY sweaty totally loved it and I was thrilled to have some spot-on custom art for the game.

By the way, the fact that you ended up GF'ing your Jumbling co-worker is so awesome.

Been doing the Inktober thing, and it's really worked wonders for me in terms of just, y'know, getting me off my lazy ass and actually producing.

I immediately solved "MOCHA," which of course left me with an unsolvable Jumble. I thought you were trying to go for "MACHA," in the solution, which could have been a reference to matcha green tea (this is how confused I was). Either way, great idea!

yeah - it was surprisingly hard to come up with a riddle-answer that was a jumble-style wordplay punchline and could be created from letters in cutesy upstream words and pertained to our relationship somehow and would lead her to the next step of the scavenger hunt. so the "multiple anagrams" aspect is the sacrifice I had to make. I think I complained over in the jumble thread about when the letters for "IGLOO" come up and both she and I instantly think "OLIGO", which is the name for a short sequence of DNA that we use all the time in biochemistry.

and thanks for support the tragic irony is that I've now lost a lot of enjoyment in jumbling since she's so much better than me at it

Can you describe what's going on here? I'm confused. Then...the cathedral got high? I'd like to see detail but there is a figure blocking the piece.
