it's pretty obvious when you are at the end of Sleepings Dogs not only by the story but by the statues and upgrades, how did you not know? awesome game.

if there's anybody in the world who'd be fucking unobservant enough to actually damage themselves with trap-soap I guess it'd be the guy with dialup in 2007

it's not super long for an open world game but it's still a good 12 hours definitely more if you take your time

I think my total playtime was around 26 hours in Sleeping Dogs and I skipped some of the collectibles and a few of the last favors. Definitely worth it and copstache, PC is the way to go. They gave that version a lot of love.
I like Sleeping Dogs DLC so far. Really cheap and adds just enough flavor to the game. I hope it gets a meaty expansion. I would kill for a Sleeping Dogs: Bangkok.
Edit: From the Dark Souls thread in case people miss it....

And the game isn't even officially unlocked yet lol.
EDIT: http://blog.metaclassofnil.com/?p=92
Resolution fix if anyone's playing on PC. Game looks great with the fix.

Just beat MK1. Holy fuck I had forgotten how cheap these games are ! And I'll come clean here that it's a little embarrassing how satisfying it is at 33 to finally beat an arcade difficulty MK1 with an arcade stickriley-o wrote:SPOILERSPOILER_SHOW

One of the ferries between here and Vancouver has a clearly unauthorized emulator arcade box with 30 or so games on it, including MK 1. I made it to enduro1 on one credit but things went downhill quite quickly after that.riley-o wrote:Just beat MK1. Holy fuck I had forgotten how cheap these games are ! I'll try Injustice for sure. There are some things I don't like so far, but it's still in development. I really hate that wager mechanic, but I heard that's likely on the way out.
I do like that there is no block button, and health carries over from round to round like Darkstalkers does.
I do think that people on here should give Persona 4 Arena a try. It's a really fun game, that's simple up front, but really deep if you want to get into it. You can pretty much pick it up and play, thanks to the auto combo system. So going head to head with your friends would be a blast.

I'll pick up Persona eventually I just won't be paying the full price right now
I'm super casual with fighting games if it isn't Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter
Injustice looks awesome though with faithful character personalities and the interactive environments are fucking rad

if injustice isnt a fucking horrible game, it will be the best game ever made
like even a modest amount of playability or value = goty
most 3d fighters are just interactive screensavers though so i have little faith

I enjoyed the last Mortal Kombat so I have good enough expectations that it will be as awesome as it looks

I'll get Injustice Indefinitely(dur). I also think I heard that they're removing that wager system, so you won't have to worry about that.
I have no interest in Persona at all. Not an Anime fighter fan. Besides, nothing beats Virtua Fighter. Game is too good.
