Have you ever read the Jeet Kun Do book or whatever his style is called, the one he wrote anyways?

In the book he incorporates and uses examples of many boxers such as Dempsey or Ali when talking about the ineffectiveness of certain martial art techniques etc in real life situations. I don't think I've read too many interviews where Lee claimed to be able to beat a HW or anything.

I actually think Lee is a pioneer who broke down barriers to open up martial arts to westeners both through popular culture and actually revealing techniques, but then as more a boxing fan I don't really know or care more about it than that.

I wouldn't want him to kick me though.

It's okay. Chinese Connection is his best though.

I meant the claims about his abilities that are so prevalent and completely over the top.
