did you see the vid where she makes some everything-free concoction (basically blended celery/kale/onion) then cannot even hide her gross-out face when she drinks it? hahahaha... then she's like "well taking sugar out of your shakes takes some getting used to ... but TOTALLY worth it"

just tried some of my most recent batch of pickled eggs, and i think i've finally hit just the right mix. i've got a jar i made with ghost peppers that i want to sit at least another day or two before trying, but i expect excellence.

I really want to cut down on the eggs (man I eat a lot of fucking eggs), but if I cut them out, I tend to feel drained, so I assume I'm not getting enough protein from the rest of my diet. Or am I short on something else eggs have a lot of?
