Patricia Arquette isn't ugly. I thought the idea was women that to some degree don't conform with classic beauty standards. Although I have to say googling for that picture of Fairuza Balk I found a lot of pics of her all dolled up in dresses and shit and she looked a lot more... standard purdy than I remembered her.

She has interesting movies, check out "Betty Blue", "Trouble every day".
She is a little bit divaish, she has that icon-like status in France, she's "white trash gone famous", born in the blue collar 70's projects, , she's been around the block. She's a Star though, intriguing because of her half-white trash, half-godess persona. She's a character, that's for sure.
