This band was really good live. Much better than expected, and better than the other bands these folks played in that I have seen before (Rumplestiltskin Grinder, Infernal Stronghold, Cannabis Corpse)
they're coming through and nobody has posted about them here since 2016 - they haven't made an album since then either
sorry this isn't about new death metal but I sure as shit ain't mak

Dude. They're so good. SOOOO GOOD.
To me, they're what a Death Metal band should be.
10000% my current favorite Death Metal band.
Especially when they play "Teeth Into Red" - those kicks are RELENTLESS.

Thanks for the heads up! Totally out of the loop these days. Might have to make the trip to either Portland or Seattle. Saw them about 10 years ago and they were great

I really want to know what accent bell the drummer is using.

Really bummed that Phrenelith couldn't make it. Cerebral Rot is a good last minute substitute but because of the way Saint Vitus' layout bottlenecks in the middle, it prevented me from staying for their whole set. I waited outside the venue to empty so I could go upfront for Dead Congregation. They're worth missing the other bands to have a good spot. This is how you do it. Even though the drummer was struggling, they're still the best current Death Metal band.
edit: Both Blood Incantation and Dead Congregation toured together in Australia. And it reminded of what my friend said about a fantasy Black Metal tour package was: Cradle of Filth and Emperor. Dead Congregation is the Emperor of that Australian tour package.
the sound on this was taken directly from the soundboard and eq'ed:
