I still hate this fucking show even though I keep watching it. I might actually stop watching now. I can't believe how stupid that shit was. Quite possibly the most poorly executed 90 minutes of TV ever.

It wasn't as close to as bad as the quagmire of season 2 episodes 3-8.

But the idea was just ridiculous as awesome as it was to see a heard of 2000 odd zombies.

Fuck...you have a valid point here. But I think as terrible and boring as Season 2 was, it's entirety is still not as bad as the clusterfuck of this past episode.

The problem with this show is that it's lowest points are really, really low. Like to the point where you wonder how the hell it made it to air. I still can't get over the bridge/van scene. That was easily one of the dumbest fucking things to ever show on a screen. 5 minutes of television that was so terrible that it taints the rest of the show. The show has it's hooks which is why I still watch it, but someone needs to step up the quality control big time. Or someone needs to be fired. They can't be allowed to get away with this shit.

They might know, but I don't think they care. At this point they're allowed to play around without consequence. Die hard fans will accept complete fuck ups like the last episode as acceptable.

It's so hilarious - As soon as you wrote to that I had a flash back to my VHS watching youth and thought of this movie for the first time in 20 years and found the trailer with the one bit that surpasses it.

Watch it all - pay attention from 2:25 onward for the bit I mean. I'm still lolling.

I thought they both ran outta ammo, plus with the way they both fell I don't see how Glenn's head's close to the dumpster - if anything it should be the other way round. My friends weren't convinced he was dead, outrage ensued, I was actually happy someone significant died and could die easily, just like that. We watched Morgan's episode next and I gave them Eastman being bitten as an example of how easy it's to die from a simple mistake. They argued there wasn't enough/ proper build up for Glenn because he's a season 1 character and deserved better and that was their main reasoning for why he's not dead yet.

better than average episodes but eastmans retardation in turning his back and getting bitten was just the height of dangling van/ dumb body mechanics writing imo

same thing with glen

but the last two have had some pretty good music and composition, structure etc

lame one, but the last stretch were so badass that i'm cool.

things will probably ramp up and get interesting towards the midseason break thing so at most we only have to deal with like 1-2 more potentially homosexual gay episodes till then
