Nah, definitely check it out.
What he said. It sucks it's only one season but it ends about as perfectly as it could.

Would've gotten an 11 if it weren't for a couple of clunkers (Abed/Jesus ep and Valentine's Day), but goddamn if I've ever been more entertained by a show before. :pizza:

Justified Season 2 - 8/10
Got renewed for a 3rd season; never saw the 1st, but I'm changing that shortly.
I hated the promos at first, but gave the show a shot, and it was worth it.

i enjoyed the first season quite a bit, but i just haven't felt the urge to start on this new one.
I liked the second season a lot more. Jeremy Davies is great as a hillbilly and there's more Shane / Walton Goggins. I recommend it.

only show i've ever made a point to catch. i dont mind the "clunkers" because they've actually worked out pretty well, character development-wise.

I'm constantly watching Doctor Who.

Recents:
7.5 / 10 : "Robot" : Tom Baker's first episode as The Doctorâ„¢. It was fine.
8.9 / 10 : "The Caves of Androzani" : Peter Davison with Peri. T'was a Good'n.

i can't watch this show anymore because of how abruptly it was killed off. if any show deserved at least one more fucking season it's this one.
Serenity sort of does it justice.

Jericho - Season 1: 8/10

It is sad it was canceled, it had lot of potential. If I had watched this when they aired it I would be pissed and I would be part of the "nuts" incident. At least they made the half ass second season to give some closure.

I have been putting off watching the final season because I can't come to grips with it being over. Absolutely love this show. A bad one to watch before bed if you already have trouble falling asleep.

Watch the last season, you need to it's great.

You know, I HATED this show. I sat through another episode recently with my roommate and Magnitude came on. God dammit if "POP POP" didn't make me go through every episode he was in and I began to like it.

Generation Kill - 9.5/10 - The complete incompetence of most of the officers is a little far fetched, and Ziggy's constant talking was a little grating, but probably the best, or at least one of the best, series ever on television.

The bridge scene in the kill zone was priceless.

:fonz:

i keep waiting for this stupid thing to go on sale (blu-ray) but it never seems to drop below $35 or so which is a little steep for 7 episodes or whatever

Yeah, it was rather short, which I was surprised, but it gave an opinion without being preachy, which I can't say for many other shows, and gave a great perspective on how instead of a 3 month operation, certain actions and attitudes caused the war to be longer. Only thing I wish they would have included just a little bit more was the Iraqi perspective, beliefs and customs, but I understand they were going for a small scope perspective in storytelling. But the ending of this gave me the same sad feeling as The Wire gave when it ended, like I wish it would continue on. Very few shows I've seen has given that feeling of loss and withdrawal.

I would totally do her but...

Jax would never settle for THAT. as an old lady. Even though he is a JNCO wearing kid rock fan on a motorcycle.
 They throw on a lot of thick cheese but it's easy to get past with a pretty good cast. I'd like the show if it was darker and more brutool but it works. There's enough grit and grime to keep me interested.

Totally right about the baby. I'm expecting someone to slip into a coma in Season 3. Or, their version could be, "He's in prison."

The Walking Dead, first season 7-8/10

Some of the dialogues are stupid, but zombies re always cool. I couldn't help myself but enjoy this series, despite some minor shortcomings.
