I'm not saying that because he was under the influence of drugs during the incident he is without blame. It's entirely his fault, but he's done his time and he's out now with a clean record.

What was the band where the guy posted on message boards all the time about "lolitas" and then everyone acted all surprised when he was a kiddy-toucher? If I recall correctly, his band mate later accused him of molesting his own (the bandmate's) child.
