...of home ownership as of yesterday. I was 22, and now I'm 33. 8 people, one bird, and 4 cats have lived here in that time, and I spent last night painting so Boo can move it (don't worry, we have been together for 6 1/2 years but we are taking it slow with separate bedrooms).

There is sake on the ceiling in the living room and I still have that ND Scun mural on the wall Ross.

It took over 7 years for me and my girl to move in together :lhug:
Did you move into a place that one of you had already lived? I bought this house with BIG MISTAKE. I was broke as fuck and pretty much did what she wanted because she was tyrant and i was a wuss. So cheap paint, cheap tile, cheap stove. Lots of stuff needs fixing now and Boo and I are doing it right.

I still own that hunk of junk but I moved across the street two years ago. Last winter I also laid down fifteen grand but that was to have the sewer excavated all the way to the city connection in the street.

40 yrs debt because I refinanced after 10 yrs. Oh well, my mortgage payment is less than the rent on an outhouse now so I can't complain too bad.

Mine was 18 grand. At least they threw in an in-unit air purifier for free. And when it was having some issues earlier this year, when they couldn’t quickly fix it they just replaced the whole unit with a fancier one because they didn’t have mine in stock

Yeah shit is ridiculous. I technically only really needed the water heater done but the hvac was already 20 years old and I wouldn't be able to get the type of Freon the AC needed anymore so said fuck it might as well do it all at once. Was one of the few times I actually had some savings and didn't have to put it on credit.

a year of misery?
Scun fills the sky.
I hear the vegans cry.
The legend tells a story
From an oily menace from the north,
Who met a Big Mistake
Home Ownership was never really the same.
