Talked about vaccine side effects with my wife last night and the discussion turned to this: how shitty a time would you accept in the short term to get Covid immunity long-term?
I think I landed on getting a vasectomy again; my wife landed well short of getting pregnant again. It's a fun mental exercise that will actually overstate the misery you're likely to experience from inoculation. Rational pessimism (the superior economic framing of vaccines btw)

I wonder what the chances of the vaccine would be sending me into anaphylactic shock if I’m already prone to eczema and have Graves’ disease. Hopefully it will kill me and then meatgrease can have a good laugh.

That depends on so many things like where you live and and how the state coordinates its rollout but probably in the spring.

Is there any sort of mask you would recommend? I assume that cloth masks don't do anything and any "xn95" mask produced after the PANDEMIC began and sold to consumers is a fake made at a napkin factory. It would be nice to stop having to cover my disgusting handful of pre-pandemic masks with other masks.

Sorry to hear that dude. One of my buddies has it and he's currently in quarantine from his wife and two kids. He has no taste, a terrible cough. He's only 37 and in good shape so hopefully he'll be fine. But my other buddy's brother who is 43 was quarantining at home two weeks ago because he was positive and he unexpectedly went into cardiac arrest and dropped dead. This shit fucking sucks.
