I juice fruit every morning and mix it with that, so I don't really taste it. If you're mixing it with a protein shake its going to be weird unless you have a citrus flavored one. It's not that bad just mixed with water, but honestly the results I've gotten have greatly outweighed the taste. I just get the orange flavored generic store brand mix, but you can also get it in pill form. You get a lot less value in pill form, but it's still worth it if you can't handle the taste.

Before I started taking it, shitting was an absolute chore. I would have to wipe 10 or more times to get my ass clean, and very very rarely had a clean getaway. Never had explosive shits, but the shits were just messy enough to cause a problem. Since starting the Psyllium, it's rare I have to wipe more than twice for my ass to be clean, and most of the time it's clean on the first wipe. Rock solid just about every time.

i just read here that it's a main ingredient of metamucil and i've had that shit and it doesn't always give me good shits so nice try novice

I've been putting the PH in my morning shake since Friday, and my turd quality is noticably improved! I'm only taking ~6 g per day so after a while I'll move up to the recommended dose (closer to 10 g) and see if things are any better. The poo is sort of fluffy which sucks but I don't think I've had any instances where I had to wipe my ass a zillion times since I started taking it. So that rules.

it's pure powder, the stuff I bought is fluffy and 6 g per tablespoon; my elite workout buddies (I am not elite workout anything, for the record) who reminded me about this stuff use a finer version where 5 g = a teaspoon
